Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Order Processing
The moment you complete your purchase, your order will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.
All orders placed ship Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays within the United Kingdom. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following UK holidays:

If a bank holiday is on a weekend, a 'substitute' weekday becomes a bank holiday, normally the following Monday.
Potential Delays and Public Safety Concerns.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center post COVID-19 to comply with government/state recommended guidelines.
We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 1-3 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns with original receipt, up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, and in its original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs, once the item has been returned and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 days after we receive the item back for us to issue your refund. Please contact us by email at customerservices@tessouat.com to start the returns process. If you have purchased a piece of our jewelry through one of our resellers then please return the product to the store you purchased the item from and follow their returns procedure.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
We are so confident that our alloy is built to last the test of time we provide a lifetime warranty on the pendant against water corrosion, (rust) or failure of the pendants hole structure in any way.
The warranty does not cover damage through normal wear and tear or misuse, for example, subjecting the Tessouat to corrosive chemicals or using it for purposes it is not intended for.
All warranty claims are assessed by our engineers and if successful a replacement will be delivered to you within 1-3 days of our receipt. Rejected warranty claims will be returned. For warranty claims please email customerservices@tessouat.com with the issue and a copy of your purchase/gift receipt and we will be happy to help.
